Double waxed cotton stitching on gloves, vests and bags. The best available materials which are quality tested to ensure your and your birds well being are the norm in all our equipment. As such we carry out batch destructive testing on all safety equipment (swivels, leashes / safety leashes and stainless welding on perch rings) Our smallest leashes made for Merlin's or Little Owls are drop tested to destruction from a height of 2 meters with a weight of 3 kilos ( we also manufacture these for birds up to the size of an Andean Condor, tested to 30 kilos)

Delivery policy - recorded delivery or parcelforce 24 or 48 tracking is standard on recorded and parcelforce. delivery as standard will take approx 3 to 5 days. Courier delivery is dependent on when order is recieved. Thursday pm or Friday orders for courier delivery cannot be picked up for delivery until Monday morning
